ROYAL ENFIELDHIMALAYAN DESIGN AND STYLE
The Royal Enfield Himalayan is an adventure touringmotorcycle launched in India in 2016. Former Ducati and Moto Guzzi designerPierre Terblanche led Royal Enfield's design team during development of theHimalayan. The Himalayan was designed and developed to take on the rough roadswith ease. The design of the Royal Enfield Himalayan may not interest you, butthe bike is built as an all-purpose motorcycle. The Himalayan's overall designand styling are minimal and sturdy.
ROYAL ENFIELDHIMALAYAN ENGINE AND PERFORMANCE
The Royal Himalayan is powered by a newly developed 411cc,single-cylinder, air and oil-cooled engine paired to a 5-speed manual gearbox.The fuel-injected Himalayan engine produces 24.5bhp and 32Nm of torque. Thepowertrain of the Royal Enfield features overhead cams instead of the push-rodarchitecture seen on other Royal Enfield motorcycles. The engine does notrequire tappet adjustment, in fact, the engine is free-revving offeringimproved power band resulting in a better performance.

ROYAL ENFIELDHIMALAYAN MILEAGE
The mileage of the Himalayan is in the range of 30 to 32km/l, although real-world condition could differ. Royal Enfield Himalayan hasbeen developed to tackle some of the rough roads, rivers, and streams; theHimalayan is more of a functional motorcycle rather than a fuel efficientcommuter motorcycle.

The features of the Royal Enfield Himalayan includes thefront fly screen for the rider, multi-functional LCD instrument cluster whichhouses the speedometer, odometer, fuel gauge, trip meters, clock, ambienttemperature, gear position indicator and a digital compass and tell-talelights.

ROYAL ENFIELDHIMALAYAN VERDICT
The Royal Enfield Himalayan is shod with all-purpose andgrippy adventure styled tyres over the 19-inch and 17-inch wheels at the frontand rear end respectively. The Himalayan is an all-purpose motorcycle to ensureyour long rides are comfortable and is capable of tackling off-road conditions.That said, the Royal Enfield Himalayan suffers from some quality issues anddoes not have enough power to munch miles to reduce the time taken for longrides.
